BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What's Not Included: Airfares (unless otherwise stated), passports and applicable visa fees, charges imposed by third parties, laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages, meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, excess baggage, travel insurance. Please note that travel insurance is highly recommended. Please ask your travel agent for further details.
Price: The advertised price is in CAD dollars, per person twin share unless otherwise stated.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required within 3 days of booking.
Final Payment: The balance of monies due for the tour must be paid by 20th June 2021. For preferred method of payment, refer to your travel advisor. Payments after this date may incur a late fee payment.
Cancellation Fees: In the event you have to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. Deposit will be
forfeited on cancellation prior to final balance payment.
After due date for final payment, additional cancellation charges will apply. For full details of cancellation fees,
contact your travel advisor or Insight Vacations.
Amendments: A fee of $50 may apply to any change made to your booking once confirmed.
Refunds: No refund is available if cancellations occur after the trip has commenced or in respect of any trips,
accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized.
Itinerary Changes & Trip Cancellation: Prices are based on costs, charges, tariffs, taxes, levies and exchange rates at the time of publication. In the event that such fluctuations affect the price to be paid for services, Insight Vacations reserves the right to adjust the price as necessary at any time. Insight Vacations reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any trip departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. The advertised trip requires minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met, Insight Vacations reserves the right to alter or cancel arrangements.

Porterage: for one suitcase is included in the trip price and at arrival or departure from each trip hotel. Due to limited coach capacity, this single bag should have a weight not exceeding 30kg (66lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 77.5cm (30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in). Charges will be levied in the event these limits are exceeded and our promise to transport you as indicated may be invalidated.
Note: Airlines may restrict check-in baggage to 20kgs per person.

Day 1: 29 AUGUST 2021 - Welcome to London
On arrival at London Heathrow Airport, you will begin your journey with a private transfer, along with other guests arriving at a similar time, to the luxurious Rubens at the Palace, an exquisite five-star hotel overlooking Buckingham Palace. A member of The Red Carnation Hotels, the Rubens is yours to explore, as you spend the day at leisure. At 18:00, meet your Travel Director and travel companions for a grand Welcome Dinner hosted at English Grill restaurant.

Day 2: 30 AUGUST 2021: London Sightseeing and British tradition, Afternoon Tea
London is one of the great world capitals, steeped in history and tradition, yet so cutting edge. Meet a Local Expert to marvel at Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Clarence House and the pomp and pageantry of the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace (schedule permitting). At the Household Cavalry Museum, uncover the secret messages hidden within a cavalryman's uniform and try on the royal uniform for yourself.
This afternoon, experience a traditional afternoon tea with a royal flair at your hotel The Rubens at the Palace. Enjoy traditional afternoon tea in the lavish Palace Lounge, a bright, open space with panoramic views of The Queen's stables. This delicious Afternoon Tea features pastries inspired by Royal events and dining trends over the centuries.

Day 3: 31 AUGUST 2021 - Highclere Castle Excursion
Today, Insight Vacations has obtained highly sought after tickets to Highclere, “The real Downton Abbey”, and home to the Carnarvon family since 1679. Inside the sand-coloured castle, admire the elegant state rooms as well as life “below stairs”, where much of the action in the TV series takes place. See the collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts, accredited to the 5th Earl of Carnarvon after he discovered the Tomb of Tutankhamun with Howard Carter in 1922.

Day 4: 01 SEPTEMBER 2021 - Windsor Excursion
Windsor Castle is famous for its longstanding association with the British Royal family, it dates back to the 11th century and is a spectacle of period architecture, manicured gardens and rich history.
American Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle wed Prince Harry in the St. George’s Chapel, where monarchs are buried including King Henry VIII. Visit the grounds with a Local Expert before you are then at leisure to explore the castle at your own pace, discovering the secrets that this royal residence has been keeping for over 900 years. Enjoy some free time and perhaps wander through the enfilade of suites in the State Apartments and marvel at the phenomenal Queen Mary’s Doll’s House or admire the endless armor collection in the Grand Vestibule or walk over to Eton where Eton College can be found, where both Princes Harry and William are former pupils.

Day 5: 02 SEPTEMBER 2021- Free Morning followed by Kensington Palace visit
This morning you are at your leisure to explore London. Perhaps consider an Optional Excursion visiting to State Rooms at Buckingham Palace (when open, normally from July - October). This excursion takes in the magnificent State Rooms and gardens of London’s Royal HQ. We can’t promise an invite for tea, but we can promise you’ll be impressed.
This afternoon visit Kensington Palace, was originally lived in by King William III and his wife Queen Mary. The palace was famously the last home of Diana, Princess of Wales, and where her sons Princes William and Harry were brought up. Today it is still home to many of the Royal Family including William and Catherine. The Orangery in the garden is a pleasant place for refreshments.

Day 6: 03 SEPTEMBER 2021 - Free Full Day in London
Enjoy one last full day in the lively city streets of London. Consider taking an Optional Excursion to the Tower of London, one of the world’s most famous fortresses and home to Her Majesty’s Crown Jewels.
As evening descends, your journey culminates with a rousing Celebration Dinner offering the perfect final course for an unforgettable adventure.
